Black and white Pure PTFE non asbestos Packing
is a pure PTFE fiber yarn braided into square cross section and impregnated with
PTFE dispersion. High cross-sectional density and structural strength. Low confident of friction result in
easy shaft running and “Black teflon”can be used at dynamic sealing location under middle pressure.
can used in general sealing performance. Designed for all the chemical compounds (excepting cast
alkaline metals and the gaseous fluorine),alternative and rotary motions shafts operating at low peripheral speed,rod ,pistons,valves steams,expansion joints,however high purity and corrosion resistance is required,
such as food industries, pharmaceutical factories, paper mills and chemical fiber plants and so on.
They are universal packings suitable for valves, pumps and agitators in most mediums.
BKP1101a Pure PTFE packing
it is braided from raw fibers of pure PTFE dispersion resins without adding any lubrication.
It is soft, mainly used in static sealing applications.
BKP1101b Pure PTFE packing with oils.
It is treated with special silicon lubrication. Designed for dynamic sealing applications.
