Silicone Rubber Sheet for Gasket and Pad Preparation
IKSONIC manufactures silicone rubber sheet for flat gaskets, pads and other cut sheet components. This selection includes two sheet formats and ten thickness options in each format. Choose the required sheet dimensions and thickness, then confirm the application requirements before ordering.

Specifications and Sizes
Material: silicone rubber. The table lists 20 size combinations. A 1 m sheet dimension is distinct from the 500 mm format; thickness is stated in millimeters throughout.

The reference temperature range for this silicone sheet is −60°C to 200°C. Confirm the applicable test conditions and continuous-service limits for your operating requirements before ordering.
Color and Cut-Part Requirements
Please specify your required color when enquiring. White is the listed default if no color is specified; confirm the required color before placing an order. Photographs illustrate sheet appearance and do not establish hardness, transparency, thickness tolerance or material certification.
If you need a finished gasket or pad rather than an uncut sheet, provide the required outline, hole positions and quantity. Cut-part feasibility and any additional processing need separate confirmation. A sheet dimension in the table is not a commitment to a finished part design.
Choosing a Sheet
Match the overall dimensions and thickness to the intended component. For a replacement part, provide the existing specification where available rather than relying only on its color or appearance. Tell us if thickness tolerance, surface finish or hardness is important to the application.
For sealing applications, identify the contact media, operating temperature and installation conditions and specify the required material. Pressure limits, food-contact requirements and chemical compatibility depend on the selected material and application; specify these requirements for your order. Requirements that are not stated in the table should be confirmed in your enquiry.

The two formats are 500 mm × 500 mm and 1 m × 1 m. Each format is listed in thicknesses of 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 mm. There are 20 size combinations. Colour selection is separate from sheet size.
Can I choose a color?
State the required color in your enquiry and confirm it before ordering. White is the listed default. The images do not guarantee availability of every pictured color in every thickness.
