Silicone O-ring seals and rubber washers excel in high and low temperature resistance (-60℃ to +230℃), with excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and non-toxicity, making them ideal for food, medical, aerospace, and high-temperature equipment applications. Nitrile (NBR) options feature outstanding oil resistance, wear resistance, and solvent resistance, suitable for industrial machinery, automotive, hydraulic systems, and oil pipeline sealing where contact with lubricating oil, fuel, or other hydrocarbons is common.
To further match specific operational requirements, our super thick O-ring seals and extra large rubber washers support soft and hard hardness customization, with shore hardness adjustable from 30A to 90A.
