This V-ring is engineered exclusively for VERMES piezo valve dispensers, designed for 1.5mm plungers with UPE/PEEK positioning chips. Crafted from premium UPE/PEEK composite material and built-in SUS304 stainless steel spring, it delivers high-precision sealing performance for electronic manufacturing and industrial dispensing applications.
The spring-energized structure ensures leak-proof sealing from vacuum to 25MPa pressure, adapting to -40℃~260℃ working temperatures.
