Copper-Filled PTFE Flat Washers — 3 mm BRT Options
IKSONIC copper-filled PTFE flat washers combine a PTFE matrix with copper powder in a flat, annular form. This BRT range provides washer options defined by inside diameter, outside diameter and thickness. The five listed sizes are BRT 90 × 105 × 3, 90 × 110 × 3, 95 × 110 × 3, 95 × 115 × 3 and 100 × 115 × 3 mm. Other dimensions can be discussed through the size-enquiry option.
These are copper-filled polymer washers, not solid copper washers. Select the complete dimensional combination and the required material specification for your assembly rather than matching appearance alone. Product photographs illustrate the washer form; the number of washers pictured does not define the order quantity or a mixed-size set.

All dimensions below are in mm and follow ID × OD × thickness. Listed option identifies one of the five BRT choices for this product. Size enquiry identifies an additional reference size to discuss before ordering; its appearance in the table is not a statement of current stock. For a different combination, select the other-size enquiry option and provide your required dimensions.

Choosing the correct washer dimensions
Inside diameter: compare the washer opening with the mating feature and the clearance required by the assembly drawing. A nominal ID is not a tolerance or a guaranteed fit. Where the washer must pass over a shaft, shoulder or other feature during assembly, include that installation detail in the enquiry.
Outside diameter: check the available seat or recess and the surrounding components. Washers with the same inside diameter can have different outside diameters, so their annular contact areas are not interchangeable merely because the opening matches.
Thickness: the listed and reference sizes here are 3 mm thick. Confirm that this agrees with the required axial space in the assembly and state the permitted thickness variation if it is controlled by your drawing. Do not substitute a different thickness without reviewing the complete arrangement.
Measure ID, OD and thickness separately when identifying a replacement. Use a measuring method appropriate to the feature being checked, and distinguish nominal drawing dimensions from measurements taken from a worn or deformed part. A dimensioned sketch helps avoid confusion between the opening size, the outer ring size and the ring width.

Specify the compound as well as the dimensions
The material family identifies PTFE with copper-powder filler, but a dimensional match alone does not establish equivalence to an existing compound. If a maintenance specification or component drawing names a particular formulation, include it with the enquiry. Review the selected washer against the assembly requirements before substituting it for a different material or profile.
