C129 / C229 Spring-Energized PTFE Seals

IKSONIC manufactures C129 spring-energized PTFE seals for rod applications and C229 seals for bore applications. These seals combine a PTFE jacket with a metallic energizing spring. Choose the required profile and material for your installation.

Material Options

Choose pure PTFE, carbon-fiber-filled PTFE or copper-filled PTFE. Please specify the required compound grade, filler content, spring material and dimensions with your inquiry. Photographs are representative; select the exact material and dimensions for your order.
