IKSONIC supplies PTFE flanged bushings, straight sleeves, guiding bushes and insulating washers for industrial component enquiries. The source range includes several stepped and flanged profiles as well as plain sleeves. Identify the exact part configuration before selecting a replacement.

Choose the Correct Profile

Check the bore, outside diameter, body height and any flange or shoulder dimensions together. A shared bore size does not make two bushings interchangeable. Where a source designation leaves the geometry unclear, confirm it against the required component rather than treating the label as a complete drawing.

PTFE is the material stated for this range. The photographs show representative profiles, not a promise that every listed option has the same shape, colour or dimensions. Black PTFE is specified for selected entries; no filler composition is assumed.

Specifications / Models

Material: PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). The source lists flanged bushings, sleeves and washer-style components, including two options explicitly identified as black PTFE. Filler composition is not specified.

Units: Dimensions are in millimetres (mm), as indicated on the source dimension sheet. ID means inside diameter; OD means outside diameter. In the option list, height is retained without assuming body height or total height unless the source identifies it. In the drawing tables, body height is the length below the flange, and total height includes the flange. A dash means that the source does not provide that dimension.

Can you quote a custom sleeve or washer?

The source includes custom processing. Send the complete dimensions, tolerances and quantity for review; do not rely on a photograph alone to define a custom part.

Are flange thickness and total height the same?

No. Use the dimension labels shown for each individual model. If a source entry does not distinguish body height from overall height, confirm the required geometry before ordering.

Do the listed dimensions establish operating limits?

No. Dimensions identify geometry only. Temperature, pressure, chemical compatibility and any application-specific requirements need separate review for the proposed part.
