Foam Vacuum Suction Cups for Rough Surfaces
IKSONIC manufactures foam vacuum suction cups for robotic handling of uneven or rough workpiece surfaces. This range combines a white silicone cup body with a black polyurethane foam contact pad. SP, DP and MP designs provide single-, double- and triple-layer cup configurations, respectively, with model-specific dimensions for equipment selection.
IKSONIC manufactures these components in China and supports wholesale orders. Imported silicone refers to the body raw material, not an imported finished suction cup.
Materials and Contact Surface
The high-density polyurethane foam provides a resilient contact layer intended to reduce marking. However, confirm surface marking on your actual workpiece before production use. The black color identifies the foam pad in this product; it does not indicate a black NBR cup body.
Confirm the silicone formulation and operating limits for your temperature, surface and handling cycle. If food-contact, medical or other compliance documentation is required, identify the exact requirement with your inquiry.
Specifications and Models
All dimensions below are in millimeters. Body height excludes the foam pad. Foam opening means the central opening in the contact pad, while mounting bore refers to the cup’s connection end. Confirm any dimension marked “Confirm” before ordering; a model number alone does not establish the exact diameter.

The MP-08 and MP-10 drawings label contact diameters of 7 mm and 9 mm, respectively. These values remain separate from their model names. The mounting bore also varies within the MP series, so do not assume a universal 8 mm connection.

Send us the series, model and quantity, together with workpiece material, surface texture, weight, orientation and available vacuum. Include fitting dimensions and installation height, and specify whether you need the cup alone or a matching metal fitting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are all foam pads the same thickness?
No. The specified foam thickness is 5 mm or 8 mm depending on the model. Refer to the individual model row rather than applying one value to the complete range.
Do the black pads mean NBR construction?
No. These models use black polyurethane foam on silicone bodies.
Can a theoretical suction table determine the safe payload?
No. Evaluate the actual vacuum, leakage, workpiece, motion and installation. This product does not provide a tested model-specific lifting rating.
