Small-Head Foam Vacuum Cups for Rough Surfaces
IKSONIC manufactures small-head foam vacuum cups in this range for robotic and automated handling of rough or uneven surfaces. The selected models combine a silicone body with a black foam contact layer. Choose SP single-layer, DP double-layer or MP triple-layer designs to match the mounting space and contact arrangement of your equipment.
The cups use imported silicone and imported foam materials and are manufactured by IKSONIC in China. These material descriptions do not mean that the completed cups are imported. Contact IKSONIC for wholesale orders and model-specific details.

Use the black-foam model dimensions below for selection. All dimensions use millimeters. Body height excludes the separately labeled foam layer; do not treat it as total assembly height. Request the DP-S06 dimensional drawing before ordering that option.

The confirmed drawings show a 5 mm inner mounting opening. However, this is not a thread specification or a guarantee of connector interchangeability. Also note the 8 mm foam height on SP-S30 and DP-S30; the other confirmed foam heights are 5 mm. Confirm the complete connector profile and any dimensions marked “Confirm.”
Selection for Your Workpiece
First compare the cup diameter with the available contact area. Then provide the workpiece surface condition, shape, handling orientation and operating cycle. These cups are intended for rough and uneven surfaces. Evaluate the complete vacuum system and contact seal for your workpiece and required load.
For replacement orders, send the existing model and measured mounting dimensions. For custom requirements, include a drawing or sample reference, requested size and quantity. Specify the required foam thickness and body geometry; do not assume that different designs fit the same installation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does a black contact layer mean the whole cup is black rubber?
No. These options use silicone bodies with black foam contact layers, not black NBR bodies.
Can I select a cup only by diameter?
No. Check the body height, foam thickness, mounting opening and connector profile together. Test the selected cup on the actual workpiece before production use.
