PBK Vacuum Suction Cup Assemblies
IKSONIC manufactures PBK vacuum suction cup assemblies for industrial robots, manipulators and pneumatic handling equipment. Each assembly combines a flexible suction cup with a threaded metal holder and a top pneumatic connection. Choose from white silicone and black NBR options, then confirm the complete mounting arrangement for your machine.
The white cups use silicone made from imported raw material, and the black cups use nitrile rubber (NBR). IKSONIC manufactures the finished assemblies in China for wholesale orders.
Materials and Assembly Selection
The metal fittings use nickel-plated copper. White silicone offers a relatively soft contact surface for suitable heat-resistant applications. Black NBR offers a firmer contact surface with oil and wear resistance; confirm any antistatic requirement for the selected compound.
