Integrated PCB Vacuum Grippers
IKSONIC manufactures integrated PCB vacuum grippers for robotic handling of circuit boards and lightweight perforated workpieces. Our grippers combine an array of small silicone suction nozzles with a hard-anodized aluminum-alloy body. Choose a single-position, three-position or six-position assembly, or send us your requirements for a custom footprint.
We manufacture these grippers in China using imported silicone for the nozzles. We support wholesale orders for complete grippers, replacement nozzle assemblies and compatible mounting accessories.
Logic-Valve Contact Design
The logic-valve design closes suction points that are not in contact with the workpiece, helping limit leakage through uncovered points. For your inquiry, please provide the board layout, accessible contact areas, workpiece weight, handling motion and required vacuum arrangement.
A spring-buffered holder with a built-in vacuum generator is available separately. Specify whether you need the gripper alone, a holder assembly or replacement components, and confirm the required air connections with us.

Use the model-specific dimensions below to review mounting space. Confirm the dimensional units and final installation drawing with us before manufacture or installation. For the 30 × 42 mm double-layer option, request its configuration-specific height; do not use the 23.05 value as a confirmed double-layer height. For the nozzle-and-cover accessory, confirm the cover-plate thickness separately.

For the six-position assembly, G3/8 identifies the mounting thread; the air inlets are G1/8. The inlet center-to-edge reference is 18.00; confirm its unit with us. The separate holder has an overall length of 85 mm and buffer spacing of 19 mm, with a G1/8 inlet and G3/8 bottom thread.

Does each option include the generator holder?
The holder is a separate accessory. Please specify it in your inquiry so we can confirm the complete scope of supply.
Are single- and double-layer heights identical?
Please confirm the height for your selected configuration. Request the double-layer assembly drawing rather than assuming that it has the same height as the single-layer version.
Does the silicone nozzle specification establish ESD compliance?
Silicone material alone does not establish ESD compliance. If your process requires electrostatic control, please specify the required material properties and verification documentation.
