Description
Small-head silicone suction cups for vacuum tooling
IKSONIC small-head silicone vacuum suction cups are available in SP single-bellows, DP double-bellows and MP triple-bellows configurations. The selection also includes two SPL small-lip cup models, separate M5 mounting fittings and a custom-specification enquiry option. These are individual cup and fitting choices, not a mixed kit containing every item shown.
Match the cup’s contact diameter, overall shape and mounting socket to the workpiece and end-of-arm tooling. Cups with a similar lip diameter can have different heights and body profiles, so the model family matters as much as the size designation. The SP selection includes SP-S40 alongside the smaller sizes.

31 model and configuration choices
Select the complete model and the required quantity. Silicone cups, M5 fittings and custom configurations are separate choices; specify each component needed for the assembly.
Reference dimensions are in millimetres. The table compares cup-lip diameter, overall height and upper-body diameter for each model. Confirm the selected cup and fitting dimensions before designing mating components. A cup’s overall height is not its working stroke or permissible compression.

The model list includes 28 cup choices, two fitting choices and one custom enquiry. Model-specific dimensions are not interchangeable: for example, MP–S12 is 15 mm high, while MP-S10 is 15.5 mm high. Select and confirm the actual model rather than scaling another cup’s dimensions.
M5 mounting-fitting dimensions
The female and male fittings have different lower-stem and retaining-lip diameters. An M5 thread description alone does not establish the cup-side fit. Select the fitting separately from the silicone cup and check their mating geometry together.

Check the thread and cup-side dimensions together. The assembled tooling height depends on the selected cup and mounting arrangement. Specify any required metal grade or surface treatment separately.
Choosing the cup and mounting arrangement
- Check the contact area. Compare the cup lip with the available sealing area on the workpiece. Edges, openings and changes in curvature should be considered when defining the required cup geometry.
- Compare the complete profile. SP, DP and MP have different bellows arrangements. Check height and surrounding clearance instead of assuming that additional bellows specify a particular travel or holding force.
- Inspect the connection. The mounting opening is only one dimension of the socket. Compare the mating stem, retaining feature and fitting orientation before choosing replacement parts.
- Specify operating requirements. Provide the workpiece surface, handling orientation, required cycle conditions and operating environment so that suitability can be assessed for the actual assembly.
- Separate components in the order. State the cup models, fitting types and quantities required. Display photographs do not define a complete tooling package.
