Non-Marking Foam Vacuum Suction Cups for Robotic Handling
IKSONIC manufactures non-marking foam vacuum suction cups in this range for industrial robots, manipulators and automated handling equipment. The range includes SP, DP and MP models with large-head and small-head configurations. Select the contact face and mounting arrangement together rather than ordering by a similar-looking cup alone.
The white cups use imported silicone material, and the finished cups are manufactured by IKSONIC in China. Imported material does not mean an imported finished suction cup. Contact IKSONIC for model selection and wholesale inquiries.

Drawing clarification: The model-specific SP-10 drawing confirms its 10 mm contact-face diameter. DP-60 appears in the selectable model list, but its matching drawing is absent. Request its dimensions before ordering.
Mounting-opening dimensions: The main reference image advertises an 8 mm mounting hole, but the individual drawings show model-specific differences. The inner mounting opening is marked 8 mm for the SP large-head models and for DP-08, DP-10, DP-12, DP-15, DP-20, DP-25, DP-30 and DP-35. MP-08, MP-10, MP-12, MP-15 and MP-20 also show 8 mm. The MP-25 drawing shows 6 mm, MP-30 shows 7.5 mm, and MP-40 and MP-50 show 7 mm. The listed small-head SP-S, DP-S and MP-S drawings show a 5 mm inner opening, not a universal 4 mm hole. Confirm DP-40, DP-50 and DP-60 mounting dimensions separately. These opening dimensions are not a thread specification.

These cups are intended for non-marking contact and heat-resistant applications. Confirm temperature suitability and contact-mark performance for your specific workpiece. Evaluate a sample on the actual workpiece and confirm exposure conditions, surface finish, vacuum supply and handling cycle with IKSONIC.
Send the required model, quantity, existing connector dimensions and a description of the handled part. Include any restrictions on contact marks or allowable deformation. Custom requirements need a separate IKSONIC manufacturing review; do not assume that all models share the same mounting dimensions or application suitability.

Can I choose a model by its number alone?
No. Compare the drawing and connector fit. For example, the MP-08 and MP-10 drawings show contact-face diameters that differ from their model suffixes.
Are temperature and service-life guarantees included?
No numerical temperature limit or guaranteed cycle life is established here. Confirm the selected cup against your operating conditions before approving it for production.
