IKSONIC manufactures SP, DP and MP vacuum suction cups for industrial robots, manipulators and automated handling equipment. Choose from single-layer SP, double-layer DP and triple-layer MP configurations. Each model offers white imported-silicone and black nitrile rubber (NBR) material options.
IKSONIC manufactures the finished cups in China. Imported silicone refers to the material, not an imported finished cup. Contact IKSONIC for wholesale orders, mounting details and custom requirements.

Each row preserves a model and material option. The white-silicone rows reproduce this product’s drawing dimensions in millimeters. The available dimensional illustrations show white cups only. Therefore, request confirmation of black NBR dimensions rather than assuming they match. Confirm the final drawing for your selected compound and connector. An inner mounting opening is not a thread designation.

Material and Application Review
White silicone options are intended for heat-resistant applications, and selected black NBR options have an antistatic material description. Confirm temperature limits, electrical resistance and any required test standard for the exact compound. Confirm these properties for the selected compound and operating conditions instead of treating them as certified performance ratings.
For replacement selection, first compare contact diameter, height, mounting opening and the complete connector profile. Then tell IKSONIC about the workpiece surface, available vacuum, orientation and handling cycle. A catalog illustration alone does not establish a safe lifting load or a guaranteed service life.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do all models have an 8 mm mounting hole?
No. Although the main reference image mentions 8 mm, the individual MP drawings include 6, 7 and 7.5 mm openings. Use the model-specific table and confirm the mating connector.
Are silicone and NBR interchangeable?
Do not substitute them solely because the model codes match. Confirm material suitability and the final dimensions for your workpiece and operating environment.
