Heavy-Duty Vacuum Suction Cups and Mounting Options
IKSONIC manufactures heavy-duty vacuum suction cups for robotic and automated handling equipment. Select H single-layer or HB double-layer cups in white silicone or black nitrile rubber (NBR). Aluminum blocks, top-inlet and side-inlet holders, and non-buffering fittings are available separately.
IKSONIC manufactures these vacuum suction cups in China. Imported silicone describes the raw material, not an imported finished cup. Contact IKSONIC for wholesale orders and model-specific mounting details.
Specifications and Models
The model key explicitly maps 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125 and 150 to cup diameters in millimeters for the listed H/HB and S/N options. Therefore, nominal diameters appear for both materials. Additional dimensions come only from matching black NBR drawings; white-silicone dimensions require confirmation. Nominal diameter and overall drawn outer diameter are not necessarily identical.

The aluminum-block drawings identify aluminum alloy with a corrosion-resistance description. The buffered-holder drawings identify chrome-plated shafts but do not specify their base metal. Non-buffering ZPT fittings use listed nickel-plated copper. Confirm the complete assembly, required travel and connector fit; the table does not infer a stroke from a holder’s model number. Separate component options do not imply that every photographed assembly comes as one set.
Application and Material Selection
First provide the workpiece size, surface condition, orientation and handling cycle. Then specify the required cup material and mounting arrangement. Choose silicone for appropriate heat-resistant applications or NBR for suitable oil and chemical exposures, subject to compound-specific confirmation.
“Heavy-duty” is a range description, not a certified lifting capacity. Establish the required vacuum, load and safety provisions for the actual installation. This page does not convert the theoretical suction calculations into guaranteed working-load ratings.

Can I use nominal diameter as the complete mounting specification?
No. Compare the full cup drawing, central hole, mounting-hole pattern and selected block or holder. Also confirm the final dimensions for the chosen material.
Are white silicone and black NBR dimensions interchangeable?
Their nominal diameters are specified in the model table. Request the selected-material drawing to confirm other dimensions.
